Four-Day Twin Peaks Celebration “The Great Southern” Returns With Celebrity Guests, Live Music, Screenings, And More!

After hearing nothing but fantastic feedback on last year’s debut edition of The Great Southern, it’s a pleasure to announce that the 4-day Twin Peaks celebration in Richmond, VA, is happening again June 9 through 12, 2016.

Charlotte Stewart will return to the festival to read from her upcoming memoir, Little House In The Hollywood Hills, and Kimmy Robertson will be back for a second time as well to perform live (!) with Little Black Rain Clouds. Other musical acts include Big No, Lodro, and a tribute concert for FBI Special Agent Phillip Jeffries (David Bowie) by Life On Mars and Gull.

All through town there will be a “Writing About Twin Peaks” panel, various (outdoor) screenings, an art & craft fair, a trivia and costume contest, and, as it goes with Twin Peaks events, lots of coffee and doughnuts! There’s even more to be announced, so keep an eye on the festival’s website.
