Don’t worry, this video is totally safe for work. This ain’t The Pink Room, you know.
Bugsy Monroe, a pole dance teacher and choreographer from London, has created a beautiful spinning pole choreography to Julee Cruise‘s Falling, the vocal version of the Twin Peaks theme. I do not consider myself a pole dancing connoisseur, but the execution of this 5-minute routine to the music by Angelo Badalamenti and David Lynch is both elegant and mesmerizing. Enjoy!
I LOVE Twin Peaks and I have owned the soundtrack for years. My first copy was a tape. Ha! Ha! Best show ever!
Ok, my Killer Bob comment icon is A.MA.ZING!!!!!!
Glad you like it, Linda. Not everyone likes his avatar to be possessed.
I have to admit, when I hear the words, ‘pole-dancing’ I kinda have a bit of judgement going on… but that is SO beautiful. I enjoyed gazing upon her perfect form and rhythmic timing until the very end. *my heart rises*
What a wonderful idea…pole dance and twin peaks!!
A beautiful piece with well thought out clothing.
Wouldn’t be out of place in Fire Walk With Me.
My first thought was…imagine this idea live in London
with Elena Gibson performing a darker number at a Twin Peaks fest.
I was so pleased to then see her name attached to this.
Miss Gibson, love what you do almost as much as I love TP.
So nice to see the 2 names together.
