Twin Peaks Money Bills

Ever heard of pound sterling banknotes that do not depict Queen Elizabeth, but Twin Peaks prom queen Laura Palmer? Or her dad, Leland, in both dark and white-haired versions? And even Special Agent Dale Cooper, during his hilarious confrontation with a llama?

Issued by the “Bank of Twin Peaks”, I’m not sure if these 10 pound sterling bills are official merchandise for a UK airing of the series, or a fan made product. The person who was selling the novelty money on eBay didn’t know its source either, but judging from the winning bid, the exchange rate for these fake Twin Peaks bills is apparently US$36.
