The Double R Club, organisers of “damn fine” Lynchian burlesque and cabaret since 2009, are throwing their 2nd annual Miss Twin Peaks Contest on June 16th 2011, at Bethnal Green’s Workingmen’s Club. The beauty pageant from another place will be a tournament between the beauteous and the bestial, the feminine and the feral, all played out in a world of dreams.
