Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
Why not Lanterman?
Just saying.
Oh wow, that totally went right by me. Thanks for pointing it out.
That is not a mistake, Lanterman is the last name of her late husband, but Coulson is her maiden's name. You can find it on TSHOTP.
I don't see it as a mistake either. The dossiers together have dealt with Margaret's whole life - not just since her marriage . Most importantly, I think it's meant as a tribute to the actress.
Coulson was the log ladies maiden name I believe.
Also the actress was Catherine Coulson.
Tough to unpack this one.
Yes it was also her maiden name.
(but I don't remember if her maiden name came from the original show or from one of the Mark Frost books)
She was remembered twice in the final credits this year, as Catherine Coulson and as Margaret Lanterman.

I think her maiden name is mentioned in "Twin Peaks: Access Guide to the Town." I'll have to check it out when I get home later tonight.
Her maiden name, Coulson, was revealed in a Secret History not the Access Guide.
