Yes, I noticed that, too. Looked like some sort of Masonic hand signal to me. Reminded me somewhat of the two-hands-held-perpendicular pose that Laura struck in the Red Room many moons ago.
There was also something weird going on with Andy's and Naido's hands in their scene together. Couldn't tell if she handed him something or not.
Been stuck on shoulder squeezing for weeks now, too. There was a very noticeable one between Gordo and Monica Bellucci in gay Paree. 😉
