This....but what was with the girl in the car?? Random scene of woman driving girl o/d-ing on heroin??
I may need to find time to re-watch every episode...
Oh...and Angelo Badalamenti playing piano at the end? Awesome!!!
she was throwing up some kind of green liquid, might be bile or infection. it was the same color of the crap that Mr C was throwing up after he got into that car crash, shortly before he was supposed to go back into the Black Lounge, but Dougie went instead. i don't know if there is a connection there or not...
Possible. I think it's really meant to further emphasize how outta whack things are in Twin Peaks. Something isn't quite right. Things are out of balance - and something even more horrible than all that is currently happening is on the horizon. They're revealing that the "the glow is dying."
I got the same feeling. There was the chaos and the bad energy all over...
Yeah, I was just thinking: Isn't it ironic that we were constantly joking about how this episode was going to be absolutely horrible, and this happens to be the week they turn out one of the best hours of the season so far.
By the way, a few pending clips were shown today:
1. Hawk saying "Really?"
2. Gordon in that white-ish cloud
Anything else?
It was Angelo...he was listed in the credits for the last song.
Hate to use this word, but vomit may very well be Black Lodge garmanbozia.
I customarily watch each week's episode (excuse me, Part) about 3 times that week. I just haven't been able to watch it again-- yet. I need to check the credits, because they're bound to credit the piano player, because they're credited all musicians so far. I didn't think the pianist bore any resemblance to Mr. Badalamenti either, but you never know.
Did anyone else notice the long-awaited return of Gersten Hayward? She's having an affair with Steven.
It wasn't Badalamenti, the recorded track was performed by him but not the scene.
Yeah...it definitely wasn't Angelo.
"Performed" just means he recorded the song in a studio...but not in the actual scene in the show.
I think replacing "coffee" for "milk" was a code between Albert and Gordon. I bet the picture with the coordinates was altered for Diane.
Yeah, as I wrote in another thread, Gordon seemed too nonchalant about Diane's presence, considering how they usually don't talk about blue rose stuff even with Tammy. Though one can argue that if they're keeping her with them she's going to find out eventually where they're going.
As for the girl puking in the car. The vomit in Mr. C (and Dougie's) scene was completely different, you could see corn in it and a black liquid which looked almost like the scorched engine oil from the original show. No corn and no black liquid for this girl.
Went through credits, couldn't see "Piano Player" / "Pianist" listed. Looked nothing like Badalamenti, so who is he?!
The only part I didn't like was Hawk's map, as it seemed a little too perfect. "Oh, here's this legend that explains everything." It even had the frog-moth thing on it.

Have you seen him lately?

I felt like the sick girl was just a "weird lynch scene" which is just extraneous and has nothing to do with anything.
To my recollection, Lynch doesn't do "weird scenes" that have nothing to do with anything.
I don't think the pianist looks like Angelo Badalamenti either. Wonder why he's not in the credits...?
