Topic starter We experience the inhabiting spirit of Mike only through his host, Philip Gerard. We also know that Bob (another inhabiting spirit) is inside Leland. That begs the question: " Who is the long hair guy in denim? Is the evil spirit Bob inside two hosts and if so, who's the real identity of the long hair guy in denim?

No. "The long hair guy" is BOB's true face, as Mike told in S2E6. He is not a different person, he is BOB himself. We don't see it but Mike also has a true face too.
