Topic starter Matthew Lillard’s character Bill Hastings is long gone. What do you think about his hysterical sadness and breakdown in Part 9? I considered this character one of the best new things of Twin Peaks, do you?

I did too, his character was wonderfully surreal yet also totally believable. Very twin peaksish!
