So next episode is coming 9th July... Someone please hibernate me or teach me how to time travel. With Fargo and Amercian Gods seasons finshed it's going to the longest two weeks. Any ideas how to make it as painless as it can get? After waiting for 26 years for TP continuation vision of two weeks after episode 8 seems endless...
I think we all need two weeks to let this episode sink in. I normally watch each episode twice. This one might require 3 or 4. Maybe I need to rewatch the whole season after this devastating masterpiece.
I don't think I have seen any episdoe of this season less than 8 times! That's, what, 7 hours of just the staring!

Does anyone know why Showtime skips a week (Pieter?), or does Lynch/Frost like to remind us that back in 1990 there was a wait after episode 8 (from Season 1 to Season 2)?

After last night, I know what I'm doing....yes, watching 1-8 again in sequence...Part 8 changes everything, I'm curious how parts 1-7 look now that I've experienced Part 8. And yes, I'll be following DL's advice and sit close to the screen with headphones on.

Come on. A larger stop after THIS can be no coincidence. It's even possible that Showtime told Lynch something about them wanting to skip the holiday, but in that case he damn well used that to his advantage.
