I am curious if anyone has thoughts on where Laura went and who sucked her up and moved her.

No clue really... I will say that there seems to be a fight between "normal" and "doppelgangers" in the black lodge.  Cooper was told he can't leave until the Cooper doppelganger comes back but Laura (or her doppelganger) and the doppelganger Arm seem to help him get out...

Maybe it was the doppelganger getting caught tricking/helping Cooper
