I have the very strong feeling that the Return was edited completely out of order as far as linear time is concerned. I don't know if anyone would be capable of putting every scene in chronological order, whether they can use the FBI lapel pin as a time marker or what.
I am not convinced that the first scene of episode one is actually the beginning of the Return, or that the last scene of episode eighteen is actually the end. I believe that the Return has mixed everything together, and we will likely spend years trying to fit all of the puzzle pieces together.
Heck, I'd be happy just to see all of the Roadhouse scenes stitched together in the right order (not the musical numbers but the scenes in the booths with the various patrons talking). I feel like there's something more there than meets the eye. Why bring up a woman with a rash, a woman crawling across the floor screaming, a man sweeping a floor for several minutes, etc. etc. and then not come back to any of it ever again?
