Found this today on a french Youtube Twin Peaks analyze.
Rue d'Odessa is yrev close to Rue du Montparnasse (this street is on the right on the picture) where the scene with Monica Bellucci was filmed, and where is located David Lynch parisian artist workshop.
(of course the street is named "Odessa" like the ukrainian city, not the Texas one)
