Could you elaborate some more regard the timelines? I mean, does this theory stacks some way with the SYNC and YVREGLAD'S theories?

Yes, you can search for "leakage" or "rr sign".
and as there is a clear evidence that Richard and Carrie arrive in our reality, there's also evidence that the other realities "leaked" with them
