"No knock, no doorbell."

Which character says that in the episode? Hasn't every episode title been a quote from the script?

I completely missed it.

Diane says it. She's describing to Gordon how "Coop," after having not heard from him for years, just walked in one day, "no knock, no doorbell."

Which is funny because Cole told Diane to come in without knocking.
