Some of these are, of course, based on inference rather than direct explanation. But then that is sometimes required with David Lynch, as he expects the viewer to notice, discern and think for themselves, rather than being handed answers on a platter.

So it is my contention that the following questions have been answered, even if some of the answers have been Lynchian in nature.

Q: Why was Dr. Jacoby painting shovels gold?
A: Jacoby sells gold shovels to people willing to fork out $30 for them, in order to dig themselves out of the shit they find themselves in in the world.

Q: Who is the rich person who owns the warehouse in NYC with the glass box?
A: Mr. C

Q: What was the thing that attacked and killed Sam and Tracey in the warehouse?
A: The Experiment/Mother

Q: Why has Diane been acting so strangely, and been in contact with Mr. C?
A: She wasn't really Diane, but a tulpa created by Mr. C

Q: Why did Cooper see Major Briggs' head floating by in outer space?
A: Briggs had recently lost his head in a lodge realm, after receiving vital coordinates

Q: What happened to Ruth Davenport's body?
A: She was torn apart at the same time Major Briggs was, and her body later found in some grass by the portal area where her and Hastings had been community with Briggs/lodge folk.

Q: Who are Richard Horne's parents?
A: Audrey Horne and Mr. C (Richard is a child of rape)

Those are the ones I can think of at the moment. There may be more that I've missed.

There are, of course, a plethora of questions left to be answered. If 25% of them get answered, I'd say we're doing good.

From the picture showing him with a bald man next to the box in Part 10.

Well, we don't actually know that Mr. C owns the NYC location.  That one is a giant assumption deduced from photo of him being there as well as the insinuation that he is wealthy enough to own property straight out of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

I think Mr. C is pretty wealthy, a serial killer or similar should earn a lot of money from his criminal activities. Plus we've seen him in a rich mansion in Rio (where he probably got that unnatural skin tan). We don't know for sure he's the owner of the warehouse in NYC but certainly has something to do with the box and we have't seen any other candidates in the Return yet.

Exactly. We do not know who the owner of the New York warehouse is. We can guess but nothing has been confirmed.

hmmm, I agree with Tim - That doesn't prove Bad Coop owns the warehouse, it just means he's been there.
