Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
Actually Diane receved a second one while she was talking to the blue rose team. The first one contains also the answer, the second doesn't (it was received just before the shooting...)
Ok so I wasn't seeing things. But I just thought it was the original msg with a different time stamp. Interesting if it's a 2nd text. Also from Mr C? Or someone else?
It is worse. The time code of then the text was sent differs each time she looks at her phone. First it is 16:31, yes, then when she responds with the coordinates it says 16:44 (the time code on the received text itself). When she looks at it again right before the shooting it says 15:50. The idea that this was a further text, as seems to have been suggested above, would be a good one, except for the fact that 15:50 is earlier than 16:31. And, then, also, yeah, Mr C.'s phone said 2:05am....

So that would back up the 3rd party relay theory?
I still believe that 430 was the frequency of the Tibetan singing bowl that ultimately woke him from the coma.

It IS a different message - one has a period at the end, the other has not.

Indeed. I was not trying to deny that, just pointing to the inconsistency with regard to the time codes.
Mr C is in Washington state, in the vicinity of Twin Peaks, as Jerry Horne's presence attests. Mr. C attempts the text at 2:05 am and it is not delivered. That would be 4:05 am in Buckhorn, where TulpaDiane is. Mr C had to have resent the text at some point. 'Not Delivered' texts do not necessarily go through later. Diane receives the text at 15:50 her time, which indicates that Mr C resent the text at about 13:50 his time.
Back when I had an iPhone I used to get iMessage/SMS duplicates all the time. Maybe that's it?
It may just be mistakes in continuity, but it has been noted before that, when we see Mr. C typing in a text, he always uses a full stop. Also, I think we only saw him using SMS.
Some of the texts Diane receives show a full stop, some haven't one. In this case, only the one she reads at the bar has it. And it's an SMS, while the second one came through iMessage.
I've been thinking there is a third party involved in these communications - somebody who doesn't care much about orthography, and who uses an iPhone. 😉
Mr. C sent the (-: ALL text at 16:31, and Diane read it at 16:32. This means that Richard fried at 16:30.
Is the timing significant? IS this 430? Any reason to think this is the same time Dale work up (and can I just ssy how nice it is to type the words "Dale woke up?)?
But Richard didn't fried at 4:30, he fried at 2:04 - 2:05 am.
What if we are dealing with two different universes running at the same time, but with different players, or some players who are evil and some good. Diane seems to go good then evil in this scene. She send the coordinates then says I hope this helps Coop, like its going to the good Cooper, then sees the smiley face again in the room and goes evil, like she's been instructed to kill. She's moving between the universes. I was wondering about all the equipment in the hotel room, maybe its detecting a parallel universe? There have been a lot of glitches in time throughout the season, Big Eds reflection, Sara Palmer in the kitchen, and also, Tammy disappears for a second during this scene with Diane. Maybe the two Coopers existing together are causing a rift?

I doubt it'd take Mr.C 1 minute to walk down that hill & stand in from of his car to write that message to Diane.

That's what I thought too... so I don't understand the original post at all. Not sure how the 430 comes into play with Richard being fried????

Based on the fictitious Buckhorn's location on the west side of SD, it's on Mountain Time.
Not that this makes anything any clearer...?

I do too, but seeing 16:32 on that phone got me thinking. And now that I realize 15:50 is earlier than 16:32, I'm all confused. (Us silly Americans with our AM/PM clocks.)
