well that's not true--her character has been referred to twice, once by hawk (he talks about her coming out of the black lodge), and she is mentioned in the diary pages when they're read aloud (laura writes annie came to her in a dream).

I'm not sure that is Billy or that anyone other than Chad can see that person.

Good catch! I think Las Vegas is in the same time zone, but South Dakota isn't. Maybe we aren't meant to think too hard about these details though.
