Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
- Later we hear Hasting's confessional to Tammy in which he describes Ruth as the one who had the coordinates. He makes no mention of Betty ever having them, and says that Ruth wrote them "on her hand" so they wouldn't forget. Side note, the body they found (Ruth) had the coordinates written on her arm, rather than her hand.
Hi dawg,
Don't forget the piece of flesh found in Bill Hastings trunk. It looked almost exactly like the piece of flesh Cooper tore off Ike the Spike's hand.
Could the real coordinates be on that piece instead of the arm? 😐

A website is definitely a place. I have this theory that Jeffries found one of the 7 portals I'm Buenos Aires, no longer has a physical body and now communicates via the weird modem in Buenos Aires. The modem also turned into a golden ball similar to others we have seen that usually represents a spirit. This could mean, that Jeffries spirit now exists in a purely digital/electronic form and could therefore reside on the internet.
Wow. That's an awesome supposition. I could see that being it.
HelloooOOOooo, this is my first "official" post in the TP discussions, after some cry for help on how to customize my profile. It won't be a very bright first post, I'm afraid.
The Dutchman's? Apart from the ghost ship reference, the first thing that popped into my mind by free association is:
Dutchman - a person from the North of Europe - a Northerner. And what was the place in the original series where often Northeners from Europe went to make business? The Great Northern. After all, everything must converge in Twin Peaks...
No, I'm not convinced either.
How about Dutchman -> Flying Dutchman -> Davy Jones -> David Bowie?

Welcome!
Yes, that's an interesting correlation too, especially because it leads to this mythical figure, one of my favourite artists, who definitely is "not (in) a real place". I like the theory that some sort of connection will happen through the Internet, on Hastings' site or the like. Maybe that will be the medium by which Bowie could appear in some symbolic way, like Don Davis' floating head. Sheriff Truman seems very proficient with computers, and so does Gordon's team...
Thanks, Mr. Detective, sir! 😀
Bowie used to play as Davy Jones in the 60's.

It's an interesting supposition, though one I can't help but think unlikely.
Unless.....
Phillip Jeffries has transcended our physical plane, and is somehow causing the hum in Ben Horne's office?
Nah, I'm not convinced, either.
In the thread on Where is Phillips Jefferies some speculation and odd google searches were posted, I wonder if

There's a lot to read into with that Wikipedia article- the parts about a crude map and disappearances in particular.
As I say elsewhere: Carel Struyken, the actor who plays Giant/??????? is a Dutchman. And he's in 'not even a place'. Is Mr. C/BOB going after ??????? so heading for the White Lodge?
There is a song called The Dutchman and its lyrics might hold some kind of relevance (to Cooper/Doug E. and this all being some kind of dream/illusion). http://michaelpetersmith.com/lyrics/dutchman.shtml
