Around the dinner table, the conversation was lively. Thank you but for now, the forum has been archived.
In the begining of part 9 when Mr.C gets to the Farm, Hutch asks him what he needs. Mr.C says he needs clean phones and a gun to replace the one that was stuck.
When Hutch is back he hands him a small square green bag and a brown bag. But right before that, Hutch opens up the brown bag to show him its content. He then asks"How's that?" to which Mr. C responds "It's real good Hutch".
I believe the phones and the gun would easily fit into the small square bag. So what's in the brown bag?
I'd like to hear your guesses. Mine is: a nice black suit. ?
Looked heavy I thought it was something larger than a pistol for the gun.
I think the green thing is an ammo box. The brown bag contains guns. Several. Some of them are big.
MJ you got it that is an ammo box. He is expecting a fire fight.
I'd be very surprised if there was a black suit in there, even though it would confirm a prediction I made before Part 6 aired...

I think you might be right MJ. But let me go the other way around...
If Mr.C sent Hutch and Chantal to Vegas, where's he heading to? If its TP, are we expecting for him to get there with it his current odd looks? He left town 25 years ago as Dale Cooper (doppelganger). If he's heading there, wouldn't he try to look as Dale the most as possible?
A lifetime supply of coupons to Wendy's
Ooh, a black suit would explain that footage of "good Coop" we saw driving a car in the trailer.
AND!! Yeknow the fella who came into the Roadhouse complaining that a crazy driver ran him off the road? Well, assuming that all the Buckhorn/Las Vegas stuff is happening a few days earlier (around 9/20, when Hastings was interrogated and circled the pic of Major Briggs) than the Twin Peaks time line (now on like 9/30), maybe it's Evil Cooper driving into Twin Peaks, wearing that black suit, who drove the guy off the road.
Dougie Cooper: We need you to get back to the Great Northern, stat!!
I too am wondering if the bag held a suit. Even if it didn't, it would not surprise me at all if Mr C starts impersonating the Cooper we know and love.

Hi Octavio,
The same thing that was in Marsellus Wallace's briefcase:
A MacGuffin! (Or maybe a McMuffin, since Chantal seems to crave fast food so much :-))

That's because Vincent Vega was already wearing a black suit! ?

Interesting discussion. I didn't see any mystery here but thought it was expressly what Mr. C had requested-- namely, guns and phones. Or, as Hutch apparently calls them "puppies and biscuits." Plus a bag of Cheetohs from Chantal (to ensure, no doubt, that he doesn't let his 'pain and sorrow' quotient drop...)
Phone phreaking and homicide are, after all,
