About 20 miles east of Colville, north of Spokane, just off the Tacoma Divide road and near Little Ruby Creek...
Albert says it should be a small town in the northwest (maybe he even mentions the state of Washington, but I'm not sure). Considering the differences between the place that Gordon, Albert etc examine in part 11 and the place visited by some reddit user at the same coordinates, I guess we shouldn't expect they match for those coordinates either. I'd be surprised if it's not the same place Hawk and Truman are looking for.

I think a '26' has been photoshopped in - and what's strange is that the co-ordinates then given on the imgur post are different - so may have come from the undoctored numbers?
