In part 17. I also wonder if the coordinates were a trap itself for evil cooper cause when he tries to pass theough, the scene with briggs floating head. Evil cooper seemed to be in a cage. And the fireman seemed to be in full control to send him to twin peaks where alot of players the fireman has set in place to deal with evil cooper were there for the final bought. I.e the kid woth the green glove, diane in the other body. Etc
