Oh yeah, that probably required a bit more explanation 🙂

I'm thinking about pranks that were pulled in Twin Peaks. I'm going to write another one of those lists, I guess. I think I've got it, though.

Still curious, though, what things you all might consider to be pranks, if anyone has thoughts.

Can you explain a little more?

Like.. Pranks that the cast pulled on each other behind the scenes?

Or Pranks as in something was put into Twin Peaks as a 'red herring' that really didn't push the plot - it was just there to make you scratch your head?

Oh, that's interesting, but no, I was thinking a long the lines of pranks that one character pulled on another. No definite criteria, just, what strikes you as a prank?

I think I need an example because I'm not recalling anything, but I'm sure there were some.  Need to inspiration to get the brain juices flowing in that direction.

Fair enough. The first one I thought of was Windom and Rusty - you promised me beer, man!

And how about the fish in the percolator? How did that get there?

I have OFTEN wondered at that fish in the percolator.

Maybe Laura did it...

Follow me on this one..

Instead of being beside the dead tree, wrapped in plastic, she was actually still beside the dead tree but alive..  When Pete went out to go fishing, she snuck in and put the fish in ther percolator.

ahh but wait.. there would have been no reason for Truman and Cooper to go there to drink the coffee in the first place.. nor would Cooper have been in Twin Peaks..

dangit.  I just blew up my own theory.

Audrey liked pranks.

Was Andy and the floorboard a prank?  Not really.

Little Nicky at the RR?

Maybe exploding Bill's head could be considered a prank.

Yes, Little Nicky at the RR!

And, come to think of it, the whole existence of the OGD Dougie Jones was kind of a prank...
