I say we officially rename the Mandela Effect to the Cooper Paradox.

This room 315 keychain replica was sold on Showtime store one month before the beginning of The Return :

And an USB one was a promo item for the premiere of the series :

(you can buy the replica on Showtime, Amazon or eBay for few bucks)

I can just see the advertising slogan: "Buy our key! See what it does in hotel basements!" ?

In part 5, Jade posts the Great Northern Key, but when she looks at it before she does, it says on the back "clean living, reasonably priced." I hate to admit it but it might be evidence in favour of the end being our world and everything before this being a dream. Because it was Coop who said this to Harry that this was what he wanted, before he had even heard of the Great Northern (Harry can get you a good rate up there, btw). The Great Northern never advertised themselves with this slogan, either. It seems strange, then, that Coop's words end up on the key, and not only that but the key opens up doors to other worlds through the basement.

This is confusing.

Yes it's not the slogan of the hotel, and in 1989 The Great Northern was not a cheap Motel 6 and did not need to have this kind of slogan on the keychain.

The Great Northern is more like a 4 stars hotel.

But when Ben Horne have the 315 key in hand in The Return, he just says that it was long time ago that cards have replaced keys in his hotel. So the keychain seems OK for him.

Are there any pics of the key-chains from 1989?

I am looking for, but I don't have the original series on my computer.

So it's not easy lol

It's very confusing. One way to look at, I suppose, and I hate to give creedance to the dream theory, but if this was all a dream, then Ben not noticing the strange wording on the key might be in line with whatever rules the dream is working to.

Not a different style.  Just lacking the green GNW keychain.

If you are referring to the key from the Showtime pic, I don't recall the GN using skeleton keys.  Wasn't the key attached to the green key fob just a regular, everyday-lookin key?
