I can't decide whether it's the same or not.
Have you had another look yet? Yes, we need a clearer pic.

What is your opinion?
After being shot by Ray in part 8, Mr C. is going in a farm where Chantal and Hutch have killed the people living here.
We don't know where is this farm.
And I can't find the state of the licence plate of the Silverado stolen to the farmers.
(green letters and digits on white).
virginia?
About the shoes...
I noticed the shoe gag going through the socket and at the time we were engaged in all kinds of talk about when Coop had his pin, when not, and which Coop was this, which Coop was that, etc.
So I thought, well maybe the shoes can be tracked. But hell, men's shoes? Lemme guess, black leather. But! To my delight I think it was Dougie who has brown shoes. Brown! I briefly considered scanning all 18 hours for shoe tracking, but ultimately decided I should go to work instead. There was a footpath through the brambles though.
Episode 18
Coop knocks at Carries door. She asks "who is it" Coop answers "FBI "
Carrie opens the door and asks excitedly "did you find him"?" , "you didn't find him?"
Now, if she shot the dead guy, she wouldn't be inviting FBI in.
BUT she had to get outta dodge. Why?
Who could've shot him? Mr C?
Laura Palmer (formerly dead) goes missing in one reality, in another Carrie Page asks if a man, presumably missing, has been found. Might be nothing more to it than that but its an interesting coincidence.

The name of the state seems shorter on the plate.
I've found an Ohio L.P who matched perfectly but it was from the early 90's.
We don't know where is this farm, we don't know where Ray is shooting on Mr C.
And how far was this farm from the place where the woodsmen raised him from the dead.
Well, it's an Idaho licence plate.
Exactly, a 1983-1985 Idaho licence plate (no mountains on the right of "Idaho").
And the car is a Chevrolet K 30 Silverado from the same era (approx. 1983).
Now, you think about that ,Tammy!
Is that from Mark Frost's reddit ama? That's a good read.
Here's the link for anyone who's not read it before:
I particularly like his answers regarding the Fireman's motivations and on necessary evil.

Yes it is and thank you for the link!
The other BIG revelation from him is : "time travel doesn't occur till the end of the series, and only to one person"

I can see how time travel only occurs to one person, Cooper who goes back in time (although sometimes I wonder if he was always the lurker in the woods that Laura screamed at). So that part makes sense. Who else would have traveled through time?

I think the operative word here is "wildly." "None that are wildly out of order."
Very subjective. There seem to be many that are subtly out of order. It really depends on how you read the sentence.
