Is It Possible (and why have I been gone so long?)
Hello my fellow peaksies. I have been gone too long and I don't know why. Life with out Twin Peaks just seems to pass blindly in a slow fog and before I knew it, I found myself asking "what year is it?"
But something has brought me back. I apologize if this has already been discussed ad naseam. My brief glance did not notice a relative topic.
Twice now within 24 hours I have come across separate and basically unrelated references to there being another season of our most beloved show/lifestyle/belief system/religion. Has anyone else seen or heard anything to support (or refute) this possibility?
I have seen so much of this over the last week.
I had to remake a new profile just to answer this...
It seems that when this website was redesigned, the function of using Facebook to sign in went kaput.
Anywho.. Welcome back Brandy!
Yes, rumors are picking up steam, and some are pointing to this new Blueray release in December with it's 6 hours of unseen footage, that that is going to be a major reveal to a potential Season 4.
We also know too that...
The Salish Lodge dining room was closed to the pubic on 9/18, 9/19, and 9/20..
And on 9/18 David Lynch tweeted this:
Dear Twitter Friends, I love the people in King County. I love the locations in King County. We had a perfect place to shoot Twin Peaks and perfect people to work with. Both Dow Constantine and Kate Becker are great! All-in-all it made shooting Twin Peaks there a dream.

THEN on 9/20 Salish Lodge tweeted this:

read into it what you will...
Please let it be so.
But one has to wonder what 6 hours of unseen footage entails. Could it be 6 hours of episode 8?
And good to "see" you again Brian!
Is this the new release you are referring to?
That is the very one! You can still preorder here:
I preordered mine the day they announced it. Only 25,000 copies world-wide will be distributed. But I gotta know what those 6 hours are...
Back when Season 3 was wrapping up, there was a leak that Kyle stated in an interview, something to the effect that Lynch filmed some scenes that didn't seem to make sense (he then joked that no scene he was in made sense) - but a few in particular didn't make sense because they didn't seem to fit. From there it was thought that there would be an Episode 19 and 20... I wonder if that's part of this 6 hours... That Lynch shot stuff that no one really understood (Remember that Julee Cruise went on a twitter rant because she said she filmed a lot of stuff but only about 3 or 4 minutes of her singing was used)...
We'll find out in December what that's all about...
And evidently in 2020 about something else...
See Twin Speak's post here:
And Chris Isaak stated yesterday this...
