Can someone explain what that was? When was his character even introduced and why would he just run into a wall?

He is Audrey Horne's brother. His character was introduced in the original run of the series. (Dont know which episode).

He is developmentally disabled, due to being pushed down the stairs by Audrey, years ago, or so ISTR.
