Dougie, because he wants him dead, knowing him to be the real Coop.  Ike, for screwing up.  Bad Coop has a history of wasting anyone getting in his way, anyone he's no use for and anyone who messes up.

They're my most likely candidates, anyhow.

It'll probably turn out to be a random croupier at a previously unseen casino and someone who laughed at his hair, though.

Yeah I think it's the original hitters (Ike and Todd).

Because from precedence (Lorraine, Jack) it's how DoppelDale works, he finishes his henchmen and leaves no trace in the end.

I'm sticking with Dougie/Coop because "One of you must die".  T'other one, I still reckon has to be Ike because he's a loose cannon and there's going to be too much to tie him to Bad Coop or Bad Coop's operation.

But the croupier and someone in the street saying "Hey mister, what the actual fuck you got in your hair?" are still valid options, given all the other curve balls thrown out so far.

Yeah I don't think Janey-E is on the "hit list." If she was, it would make sense that they by now would have already attempted an assassination on her. The assassination of Dougie-Coop has been attempted twice so far (actually three times if you include the sniper when he ducked to pick up the key). If he wanted Janey-E dead, I think she would be dead already. Dougie-Coop was "lucky" during the first two assassination attempts (sniper and car bomb) and his deeply embedded self-defense skills lodged in his subconscious got him out of the third attempt when he stopped Ike.  An attempt on Janey-E has not happened yet that we know of.
