Here is my thought. Is he "the arm's" double that we saw in the lodge?
the ONLY other little person in the series was the arm. his double attempted to take out coop as he left the lodge and screamed "NON-EXISTENT." this behaviour seems really similar to a seemingly non-verbal psychopath that mutilates victims.
thoughts?
