Like the reverse of very in part 4 to yrev...I think there may be a reverse word in Mr. C's phrase on the phone.

I looked up the history of the rhyme and it's mostly agreed that it's simple nonsense. I think the more important thing is what did he dial, and to whom?

I'm thinking The Cow Jumped Over The Moon might be a coded message.  Like "argent."

And I'm thinking he's calling whoever he tried to call after he killed Darya.

And I'm thinking all the alarms going off is just him using supernatural power so his observers can't hear what he says on the phone?

in an earlier episode, he downloaded all the plans and security system info on the prison into his magic modem box thing.  with the way the scene played out, I think he was dialing into that box from a landline in the prison so the box could mess with the security system, as part of his plan to break Ray out because Ray has info he wants.

Oh yeah!  You're right.

Well if he's in the same prison as Ray, and he has control of all electricals, then he's gonna break out of his cell and get to Ray and get out.

Thomas Edison and the First Phonograph August 12, 1877  - To Edison's surprise, the cylinder recorded his message, "Mary had a little lamb."

I watched with the subtitles on (via Stan streaming service in Australia) and it transcribed the word as "over" so yes I think it's correct. It's not been wrong yet. Actually it's quite useful for picking up indistinct words in other series. TP is very audible generally.

How weird was that little black receiver box shrinking down to the size of a pea after the phone call?! Definitely some dark mojo there.

It disappeared like Dougie did.

Could it mean that evil Coop isn't locked to the conventional rules of our world i.e. he can defy laws of physics which seems just as impossible as a cow jumping over the moon. That is just my interpretation.

I agree that The Cow jumped over the moon is a coded message. It might be that he is ready to get out of there and needs rescued or it might mean that he thinks they succeeded in killing Agent Cooper. Argent is short for Argentina. I wonder what the E stood for that the woman coded in to her black berry when she called Argentina. I think it was code that Cooper was killed.

So she was so scared for her life that they didn't kill DougieDale, that she probably decided to lie to mr.C/DoppleDale... Now DoppelDale thinks Dougie/GoodDale is gone... Things are getting more and more interesting...

Wait, it's not an "e", it's a "2".

ARGENT

She didn't lie, they really think Dougie-Cooper is dead because the car is now burned and there's a corpse.

I think she lied because at the moment she was sending the message car wasn't destroyed and she was yrev nervous that DougieDale/GoodDale is still alive.
