Since Dougie's car exploded, do you think when those two hitmen return they will assume Dougie is dead? If that erroneous news travels to Cooper's Doppelganger (who may be the force behind trying to kill Dougie) and he thinks Dougie is dead, it could really shape his behavior.

Another question about his car. I live in a state where registration info is not on the plate, but his Nevada plates have "03" on them. Is that when his plates expire?
