It is just me or does the guy behind the bar look a lot like Jacques Renault?

Yes.  Same guy ... that's Jean-Michel Renault bartending.  Played by Walter Olkewicz aka Jacques.

I don't want to hear a single person say it's weird that they brought back the actor to play a Renault relative, because we all know good and well it happened before with Sheryl Lee.

Well we can assume things won't end well for Jean-Michel given the fates of the other Renault brothers.
