Twin Peaks: Part 17 & Part 18

In part 17 there is a scene in the Palmer house where we hear some groaning which gradually transforms into Sarah Palmers groan. The room is initially empty but then Sarah enters and picks up Laura's picture. At that point Sarah says something which I can't make out...it might be "Laura". Does anyone know what Sarah (or maybe Judy) says at that point.
