i just listened to the Suck Professors take on the final show and they were going with the dream theory..... I am not a scientist in any way shape or form but they brought out the point that dreams are driven by the firing of neurons in the Brain while in deep REM..... which fits with whole emphasis on electricity as the conduit for much of what happens. Was this all Laura's dream of what life would be if she died due to the extreme stress in her life and was she being awakened by her mother at the end? Is her mother is the evil person in her life that's did not intervene and stop what was happening to her? Yes - what a dream if that is the case! And how so much detail on other people and other life's outside of her world? Dreams I know can be detailed and crazy when you are in the midst of them but this crazy? I was leaning towards time travel and different dimensions but heck if I know anymore! Thoughts? Would love to hear them!
I don't think all the dreams were just Laura's (or I should say Carrie's). I feel certain that dreams of Audrey and especially Richard (Dale) were there as well. Trying to determine the reality scenes vs. the surreal dream scenes is the challenge.
I was relisting to Secret History and they mentioned The Dream Child that would be made from the Black Lodge and The White Lodge . . .Im more and more thinking that is Laura

I will write shortly. Long theory was in my thread. All we see in this season make me sure this world isn't real. In old Twin Peaks we saw only people with problems in normal world. In this season all is weird, every scene, everything. Like dumb Dougie - noone care. Dumb Candie - noone care. Completly weird Hutch and Chantal, they ends with weird death. We have Ike The Spike LOL ! endless bleeding guy in jail and powerfull glove 🙂 We had woman in Redhouse who crawl on the floor, someone else suicide and Red have his coin etc. write your own weird things that you remember. At the end of all this weird things we see big Coop face saying "we live inside a dream".

Yea it's all a bit surreal as dreams usually are.
I am not a fan of the dream theory but I will say I don't think any other show has a dream sequence like this!
