No. There's never been confirmation that Mother and Experiment are one and the same, there's actually never been confirmation Experiment Model from NY is the same as Experiment in part 8.
Mother and Experiment became linked because Experiment birth-puked Bob and all the other moth-frog eggs.

I think the Final Dossier is likely to shed some light on Audrey, Sarah, Jeffries, etc. it's not the same, I know.
Oh, and sorry to the Amanda Seyfried fans, too. Maybe she wasn't gunned down? I guess there won't be any jumping on coffins at Steven's funeral. Maybe Sarah will keep eating people.
