Along the road, a car passes them by. It has purple tail lights which are flashing. Which I thought was very interesting. The camera purposely shows this. One second later, a car appears behind them. Stays behind them for a couple of minutes. Laura thoughts it follows them, then the car goes away, never to be seen again. This is the only car they encounter in their road.

Just like how a cop car has red and blue lights flashing, this has purple color. She was in trouble with the cops in Odessa, also in trouble with judy/experiment/themother representing trouble both in physical and in spiritual realm which is why I think it has purple color.

If it is there for artistic reasons, I think it is a brilliant idea. Just wanted to share.
