Maybe somebody already said it. 

Is it possible the last scene is Laura waking up from her dream, then her mom Sarsh calls her to eat breakfast, then she goes downstairs and go on with her life? Laura didn't die, didn't meet Cooper in real life (besides in her dream). 

After all, Laura is the one! 

Wish it could be this simple...
