in Twin Peaks fictional world, the Double R diner is located at the intersection of Main Street and Falls Avenue.
In ep18, when Coop and Carrie enter "Twin Peaks", the street sign next to the Double R reads "Bendigo BLVD" (see pic) which should be its "real" location in Snoqualmie
(Real location is in North Bend, the twin city of Snoqualmie)
Another difference, The RR Diner seen in all other episodes have "RR2go !" painted on the top.
Not in episode 18.
There is another "reality" in episode 15 when Mr C. is on the road to the Convenience Store.

Did I read on another thread too that the lady who owns the "Palmer" house at the end of episode 18 is the real life actual owner of the house, not an actor in the normal sense?

Yes it's true, she bought the house one year before the filming.
