I haven't been on here in a while, but I noticed there are no Audrey theories in the top few pages of threads, so I thought I'd put this up in case it helps people deal with the trauma of her non-appearance. Probably no way of telling whether it's right or not.
I think it's possible that Audrey's reality that we've seen is the same type of thing as the Carrie reality. This is based on the assumption that Carrie World is an alternate reality they came to, and that there are others that either exist or are possible. So Audrey could be in a different one.
Evidence for:
1-In ep 13 Charlie threatens to 'end Audrey's story' and she says “What story is that, Charlie? Is it the story of the little girl who lived down the lane? Is it?” In ep 18 Coop is leading Young Laura by the hand, she disappears, he gets dumped into the lodge. Mike takes him to the Evolution of the Arm, who says “Is it the story of the little girl who lived down the lane? Is it?” So maybe Arm is asking him whether that reality is where he's going to find Laura. But he's not.
2-In Carrie World the same people seem to exist but names change. This seems to be somewhat true in Audrey World, as she said she, not Tina, was having an affair with Billy, and the truck was taken by Chuck not Richard. Side note: Does this mean she lives in a reality where her son Richard wasn't born? Is that key in some way? No idea.
3-In Audrey World, Charlie knows he's not in 'real' reality and can 'end the story', booting Audrey out to wherever she was with the mirror. In Carrie World it felt to me as though Carrie may have unknowingly 'ended the story' at the end, although Coop is the one who knows that he isn't in the 'real' reality.
4-At the end of the ep with Audrey at the Roadhouse the band was playing backwards, which implies a relation to the lodges.
5-There's all the stuff she said about not knowing who/where she is, or who Charlie really is.
6-General dreamlike strangeness. Carrie World has the Ghost Diane and the corpse nobody mentions. Audrey World has the Roadhouse crowd parting for her to dance. Both are clearly not real reality.
Evidence against:
1-Audrey still has the same name.
2-There's no equivalent to Charlie in Carrie World, who seems to be in charge. We don't know what he really is.
3-There are things it doesn't really explain, like the contract stuff and why Audrey didn't think she could get to the Roadhouse.

It's a decent theory.
Maybe there are versions of Audrey scattered around different timelines. I'm piqued by the Evolution of the Arm speaking her lines to Cooper in the Red Room about the little girl who lived down the lane. We saw her say that to Charlie. I'm thinking maybe Arm/Cooper are having some kind of metaconnection and that somehow Audrey is associated on a soul level with the Arm now, or the Arm is feeding her thoughts to say in her Charlie reality. That would mean that on a meta-level Charlie is associated with Cooper.
So Audrey's story served to foreshadow Laura's, then? Interesting thought.
