Indeed and completely unexpected.
Wish I could put a label on this, but I can't. The vignette of Lucy pulling an "Andy" (remember when he nailed Jacques in the drug sting (S1) "Are you all right, Sheriff Truman?"), and she announced her command of cellular telephone technology...all of that...that's like old Twin Peaks vibe. Or, something.. I can't find the word. Well, it's great.
Lucy!!!! Luuuuccccyyyyy! It's my favorite scene in the finale.
That's the only thing I predicted that came true. And that's not a brag. It was all based on the two's relationships with cell phones. I took the shooting as Lynch shooting the cell phone. My son said, "Things are a lot easier with cell phones, but except for emergencies, we'd be better going back to the old phones". I tend to agree. Parasites!
I absolutely loved the scene! Totally unexpected and yet not surprising - we've always knew there was more to Lucy than jumpers and phone calls 🙂
Obviously, cellular phones let people be in two places at once because people are two people.
