As we saw during a still image of the convenience store, Sarah Palmer's face is imposed onto the mask of the Jumping Man. As Mike and Cooper walk up the stairs, we see the Jumping Man run down, looking...upset by something perhaps? We later see a bowl of garmonbozia on the table as she stabs the picture of Laura. Considering that the spirits from the convenience store feed off garmonbozia, I believe Sarah to be inhabited by the Jumping Man rather than Judy. I believe Judy may not have a physical form like the other spirits do, or at least not in a way we have seen yet.
I don't know anything, but I see the Jumping Man as an agent of change. He helped Judy enter Sarah or helped turn Sarah into Judy.
At the end, Judy was in that house, along with other nasty entities and Cooper was realizing it.
Perhaps that wasn't garmonbozia on the table, yet the idea remains that she in inhabited by....something.

judy is the dark force who created bob, is the thing we saw escape out of the glassbox, is the thing what's in laura palmer. She killed the truckdriver the same way as she killed the couple at the glassbox
Judy was f mad when she discovers coops saved Laura from the dead. But Judy came back, suddenly laura disappeared. How it's gonna end we will never know, to me evil has won now. And i don't like that. Where the f is Judy?
"It is in our house now." The Palmer house. Once home to innocent, pure Laura, then slowly taken over by evil until it's jam-packed.
So does that mean that the coordinates Bad Cooper wanted from Jeffries was supposed to be to the Palmer House?

But also once home to Bob
Finally, after years of suffering, Sarah has cracked, she hates Laura for the pain loving her has brought. Now there is no home for Laura to return to. Her mother is gone.
I felt that Sarah was confirmed as the little girl who lived down the lane, who came to inhabit Judy having swallowed the frog-moth. The Jumping Man, Tremonds & Chalfonts perhaps a manifestation of Judy.
The moment where Mrs Tremond's grandson opens his Jumping Man mask to show the monkey saying "Judy", seems to be a mirror of Sarah Palmer opening her face revealing Judy inside. Are the Tremonds / Chalfonts expressions of the Jumping Man or vice-versa? And are they drawn to Sarah Palmer, who inhabits them?
