Diane's 2nd final colour scheme

So it won't have escaped anyone's attention that Diane's colour scheme when she emerges from Naido is red with black and white. Naido provides an intermediary to the Red Room where a partially formed cocoon (stone?) holding something like Diane emerges. (Which is odd because Diane is never taken to the Red Room). So why is there such a strong implication that Diane is connected to the Red Room???

Is there an implication that she is connected to the red/waiting room? Or is she just a representation of all those places?
