Could it be that all the locations in The Return form an 8 on the map, geographically? So when Jeffries says 'I'll show you where Judy is' he indicated a dot on the 'southside' of the 8, the coordinates for Odessa, Texas?

If it's not a peace of furniture in the window, it might be Judy, who Philip Jeffries - being a teapot - refers to when shows number 8 to Cooper with the smoke.

There are 3 windows and over each of them a number. Judy is over number 8.
