I took a few pictures of the scene of the dead body in Carrie Page's house.

There is a symbol on the wall behind him and it changes frame to frame.

That's a moire pattern from your screen, looking at the lines all over the pic.  It's definitely not on my episode 18.

This scene corresponds exactly with the Fireman lying down with golden liquid oozing from his head in episode 8... Definitely something going on plot-wise with the corpse that we haven't noticed yet... Maybe the Fireman used the life force from Carrie's partner to create the Laura Palmer spirit.
