I was trying to find hints for what year is it and I think I can read there something about insurance fraud.

I couldn't read much of it, but I blew it up on my TV, and the picture seems to be of modern windmills. I wondered if the altered reality they are living in relies more on wind and solar power than nuclear. The giant seemed to want to change history after the nuclear bomb test went off.
