When Andy went to the White Lodge and the Fireman showed him all those images. Why then when he sees Mr C does he think he is the good Coop when he has seen 2 faces of Cooper and should have known he was the bad Coop and walks him into the sheriff's department? Also what happened to shot where Lucy eyes are going from side to side? That scene wasn't in the final 2 episodes.

Andy said that everyone was just talking about Cooper. I'm guessing the two Coopers talk occurred. Andy used the words "very important" a few times:
1) when taking Naido to the police station to keep her safe
2) on his way to the cells he points to Lucy saying it twice (possibly pointing to the place the gun is kept)
3) when taking everyone out of the cells
I want to watch it all again and maybe I should wait to even comment on anything, but it seemed to me that Andy knew it was Bad Coop all along. It looked like he was communicating that to Lucy. And Sheriff Truman seemed suspicious from the get go.
I think it just took Andy a minute to recall what he'd seen from the vision. If you recall, no one else could even recall Andy had been taken away. He'd cued Lucy that something was very wrong. I just love the very important role that the two of them played in this! That's one very positive in an otherwise disappointing finale.
