Obviously, the Owl Ring is a crucial plot device so it was probably of note that when Diane raises her hand to her face that the nail of her ring-finger  was painted red (the others different blue-y shades). It also looked very like the gesture the face inside Sarah Palmer makes in the bar a few episodes ago; when she opens her Sarah face to show the one within, a hand comes up to the face inside and the ring-finger is blackened in comparison to the other pale fingers. I can't screencap but maybe someone else here can confirm?

Yes, the ring finger that appeared in Sarah's face was blackened.

Additionally, they very specifically showed Janey-E's ring finger, sans wedding ring.

I haven't noticed them actually making a very clear view of that before.  Of course we know she doesn't have.  But why showcase it this time?
