Well, I've been reading a lot of folks who seem to think- and I think it's a good theory-- that serial rapist EvilCoop may have impregnated Diane and created a Linda, just as he did with Audrey and Richard. Of course you may be right and perhaps Linda is Richard's fraternal twin sister. She could be John Justice Wheeler's daughter, which means she wouldn't have to be evil. But I have no idea about the 2 birds, 1 stone comment. That is still yet to be revealed.

Yeah I thought of that on replaying the scene... I thought, it makes sense that Jerry remembers where the scene took place, maybe he'll tell the scene to someone else who'll make the connection to the coordinates, maybe it's an Excalibur setting where only the worthy will be rewarded, and 'Linda' will come to the same stone and be awarded what she deserves. (Yes, I'm pulling that out of my ass. I only had 3 hours of sleep, sorry, was too excited to watch.)
Alternatively, Linda is a bird that happened to fly by the same spot right when Richard got electrocuted/teleported. (I'm saying teleported because you can see his lower body disappear before the upper body, but he probably simply exploded while suspended in the air.)

I'm leaning towards Candie being Linda - Diane and Mr C being her parents. Taken in as an orphan, showing concern for Cooper, being on a different wavelength to everyone else. All of the bunny girls with the Mitchums have aliases you'd deem typical for that job. The Mitchums probably didn't know her actual name either.
I just hope the same fate doesn't befall her as Richard.

Yes I think you are right. Linda is Candie's real name and she is on her way to Twin Peaks now and so will probably end up at that rock at some point in the next 2 episodes.
I'm guessing that was the "stone" there where Richard was electro-atomized. Whoever Linda is may wind up there too.
Or....what if....
We all presume that Cooper wants Mike to manufacture a new Dougie; but what if instead he makes a new female host for the Laura orb and names it "Linda"? And some process involved with the creation of such individuals involves the same electro-shock therapy that Richard received?

Well Richard died on a stone. I guess we now know what's coming to Linda.
What if Audrey is also Linda... which makes no sense right now but who knows- there was a definite connection when the rock (stone) fried Richard.
