We don't know yet. But it was interesting that there were all kinda of electrical sounds when she "woke up" from her roadhouse dance.
When the the band resumed they were playing backwards. Seems to imply it may have been in a lodge.
Will new Coop rescue Audrey? We can hope.

Her spirit seems to be in the lodge, while her body is probably in a nuthouse somewhere near Twin Peaks.
