Maybe she's become a writer for Lynch ahah.
As for Renault, I'm attributing his presence to a reunion of old friends for L&F, and/or a reason for the mitchums to stick in tp (taking over the shady businesses to straighten them out, with Coop's blessing.)
There are three girls that are arriving in Twin Peaks...
He states, in Ep. 7 that he has a 'couple of girls' coming into town, not three
He was also describing his girls as high school age. That rules out the "andies".
I don't think it will be relevant. Somewhere I saw an interview with the actor, Walter Olkewicz, and he said his scenes have all appeared. Maybe he was just averting spoilers, but it sounds like the actor's had some serious medical issues recently.
So, he had... Two scenes, right? Including a silent one in the background. That's not a lot. 😛

He was intended to be ironic or, better, not too serious. Sorry for having not included 😉

Maybe Harriet is the dreamer/author........
I think it was just to let us know that human trafficking and drugs are still a way of life in Twin Peaks.
Teenage wasteland.

Buttercup,
Intellectually speaking...well, he might be right. ? I mean, can anyone tell?
My feeling is that a LOT will not be returned to now. We're used to scenes settings us up for something but rather than retuning to them, I think the final two hours will depart even more - there will probably be new characters introduced even in the final hour and the majority of the previous 16 hours will feel like misdirection

For the love of God, this cannot be true! I'll have to schedule a visit with Charlie.
